Before you get into the specifics of HOW to use your SSAS for both commercial AND residential property investing it is vital that you learn WHY additional planning is needed. NOTE: HMRC’s NEW reporting system went live in April 2025 and they will be asking all the difficult questions for SSAS property activity (including residential related “loanbacks”) from April 2024/25 and onwards from there.
